Purpose for Using Personal Information

The personal information provided in the registration form will be used within [Scope of the Purpose of Use] for [Those wishing to apply for a contract to work as a tutor] and [Those having a contract with us to work as a tutor] which are specified respectively in [Public Notice regarding Personal Information] in reference to applicants and those who will enter into Tutor Agreement after the registration. We will not use the personal information beyond these purposes, and will not provide it to any third parties without consent of the person. Furthermore, although we use a technique called "Cookie" in order to manage the login status, the Cookie does not include any data which identifies specific individuals.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide the personal information we acquired to third parties except when:

• we need to provide the information such as name, bank account numbers, etc., to our affiliate; RareJob Philippines, Inc., through the database system administered
• by us in order to manage tutor registrations.
• we consign the management of the personal information in the next section.
• provision of the personal information is required in the tax procedures under the Japan laws and regulations.
• the person agrees to or requests the provision of the personal information.

Consignment of Personal Information

In achieving the purpose of use of personal information, we consign accounting processes for managing compensation as well as management of tutors' personal information to external parties including RareJob Philippines, Inc. When outsourcing, we execute a contract with regard to handling of personal information and we properly manage and supervise such external parties.

Arbitrary Provision of Personal Information

The personal information our company acquires is provided arbitrarily by the person itself when applying for registration. However if any of the necessary personal information is not provided, the personal information cannot be handled properly in accordance with each purpose of use stated above, and therefore, registration will not be processed.

Request for Disclosure, etc., of Personal Information

For personal information we have acquired and possess, registered applicants and tutors can request for disclosure through the contact point below. In addition, if and after the Tutor Agreement has been executed, own personal information can be corrected, added, and all or partially deleted in the "EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION" page which is available after logging in.

For those who wish to be notified of the purpose of use of their personal information, please refer to [Public Notice regarding Personal Information] included in [Declaration on Personal Information Protection]. We, however, shall not entertain any inquiry regarding assessment of the screening process.
